AppBridge Documentation : Add Connection - SharePoint 2013

SharePoint 2013 connections can be created to access the SharePoint environment via a client in a browser, or installing a AppBridge connection node within the on-premise SharePoint server topology.  

 

Prerequisites

1. A SharePoint administrator account with full control rights across the entire SharePoint environment

2a. For SharePoint 2013 Client Connections: The URL of the source SharePoint environment
2b. For SharePoint 2013 Server Connections: An AppBridge Connection Node installed within the on-premise SharePoint server topology and associated with the ATS Platform
3. Administrator access to the AppBridge Transformation Suite and selected transformation project

Add Connection - SharePoint 2013 Client

  1. Login to the AppBridge Transformation Suite and navigate to the Connections menu.

  2. Click the Add button and select the SharePoint 2013 Client connection type. 

  3. Input the full URL of the source SharePoint Site Collection.

  4. Select an existing SharePoint 2013 account or input the admin account's username and password, and click the Connect button.

  5.  Click the Add Connection button in the Create Connection menu.

Add Connection - SharePoint 2013 Server

  1. Install the AppBridge Connection Node on the on-premises SharePoint server, or on a server within the remote network which can access the SharePoint server.

  2. Login to the AppBridge Transformation Suite and navigate to the Connections menu.

  3. Click the Add button and select the SharePoint 2013 Server connection type. 
     
  4. Select the appropriate connection node in the server field.

  5. Select an existing SharePoint 2013 account or input the admin account's username and password, and click the Connect button.

  6.  Click the "Add Connection" button in the Create Connection menu.
